Abacus Logistics Solutions Private Limited, formerly known as Abacus Computer Centre (P) Ltd, is located in Chennai, India. It was established in 1986 but remained largely imparting basic computer courses. Later from 2000 onwards, it is engaged in development of software for niche business/work processes. With heavy investment, time, efforts and technical manpower under an able management, the company developed some highly innovative Off-the-shelf and Enterprise software solutions. Some software has general applications while the others are meant for specialized sectors including e-Governance.
The company has certain backbone enterprise software that can be customized to meet the precise needs of a client for prompt deployment with apt IT solutions and/or services. The company has many strategic tie-ups with other major players in the IT field, for the purpose of sourcing certain distinctive domain and relevant hardware that may be required to be integrated with our own solutions to meet client’s specific requirements.

We have a well-defined after sales support facilities in place to maintain customer satisfaction. The technical support service is provided for the AMC period including onsite visits for a specified numbers and any time help over telephone. In addition, we provide regular orientation / training to the licensees of the software with specified period warranty maintenance with e visits to solve problems in needy cases. |
